We started TransMedic to fix something quietly broken.
For most Winnipeg families, the trip to a medical appointment is the hardest part of the day. Cabs that don't show up. Vans that aren't equipped. Drivers in a hurry. A loved one left feeling like cargo.
We built TransMedic for that drive — and for what happens at both ends of it. Vehicles selected for comfort, then modified for accessibility. Staff hired for warmth, then trained to clinical standards. A dispatch desk that picks up on the first ring, day or night.
Our standard is simple: every ride should feel like an extension of home. Calm, warm, attentive, and on time. We measure ourselves against the finest concierge services in hospitality, not against the rest of the transportation industry.
